Service Description
Living authentically is a goal that can be achieved and crossed off a to-do list, but rather a continual process of actively making choices that reinforce the individual you are over generic external expectations. This means that it can take practice. Authenticity Encouragement sessions offer to create and hold space to explore what is on your mind and listen to your story. We are happy to offer this service free of charge. Services are available via zoom, video call, or traditional call.
